The youngest group at Demeter is given the most open invitation. At this age, play and making are still the same thing, and these sessions are built to protect that. Children work with paint, collage, clay, and a range of materials, following their own curiosity with Chuva alongside them: present, encouraging, and always allowing the outcome to belong to the child. What begins as instinct starts, at this age, to become something a child can return to on purpose — the first sense of themselves as someone who makes things, and trusting themselves to do so.
