JaKenna leads children through a world built entirely out of movement, breath, and imagination, and then that same world spills straight onto the page. With Chuva, the children pick up big sheets of paper laid beside their mats and draw with their whole bodies — the reach of an arm, the sweep of a turn, the shape a pose leaves behind. The story doesn't end when the yoga does. It just changes materials.

Chuva Featherstone is a classically trained fine artist, and coach who has spent years guiding children's creative exploration at public schools in Los Angeles.
