Bend, Breathe, Draw: Kiddo yoga

DKK 200.00

Every week begins with a story, and the story becomes the class. A pose isn't just a pose here; it's a mountain, a cat waking up, a tree bending in the wind, a wave rolling in. JaKenna leads children through a world built entirely out of movement, breath, and imagination, and then that same world spills straight onto the page. With Chuva, the children pick up big sheets of paper laid beside their mats and draw with their whole bodies — the reach of an arm, the sweep of a turn, the shape a pose leaves behind. The story doesn't end when the yoga does. It just changes materials.

1 hour: 30min yoga, 30 min drawing
All classes are taught in English.
Bring your own yoga mat.
